Anna Latysheva & Fernando Arias
Principals & Managing Partners
Anna & Fernando currently reside in Tampa, FL. Before moving to Tampa, they both worked as Process Engineers and Project Managers for major Oil and Gas companies in Texas and Colorado. Anna has managed over $10mm in construction activities and designed facilities totaling over $50mm. Fernando has managed over $5mm in construction activities, implemented $20mm of cost-saving optimization projects and designed facilities totaling over $50mm.
While living in Texas, Anna & Fernando became hooked on the idea of real estate investing when they ran and operated their first AirBnb property. They quickly realized that a W-2 job and 401k would not support the current and retirement lifestyle that they wanted but real-estate could be the way. After partnering on a multifamily property, they saw first-hand the power of real-estate investing as an opportunity to create passive income and build wealth for their family. With an engineer’s mind and a knack for optimization and scalability, Anna & Fernando saw that their skills would be an ideal fit for the multifamily real-estate investing niche. They started ALFA Peak Capital with the goal of not only growing their own portfolio but to also help others realize the power that real estate investing can have on wealth creation.
Anna & Fernando graduated from the University of Florida in 2015 where they both studied Chemical Engineering. More than anything, they enjoy spending time with their families, with whom they’ve immigrated to the United States from Ukraine and Argentina. They strive to live a life of gratitude and to inspire and motivate others that living the life of your dreams is possible for anyone.

Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, author and entrepreneur. He has grown his real estate portfolio to over 1600 multifamily units. He is the co-founder of Jake & Gino, a multifamily real estate education company that offers coaching and training in real estate founded upon their proprietary framework of Buy Right, Manage Right & Finance Right.
He is the best-selling author of three books, Wheelbarrow Profits and Family, The Honeybee, Food and the Friars, and graduated from IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) where he earned his designation as a Certified Professional Coach. His passion lies in running the client relations for Rand Partners, along with underwriting deals and exploring new opportunities in the national market. He currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida with his beautiful wife Julia and their six children.

Jake Stenziano is the best-selling author of Wheelbarrow Profits and The Honeybee and co-founder of JakeandGino.com, the only multifamily real estate investment education company that teaches investors the three pillars of sound apartment investing Buy Right, Manage Right, and Finance Right. Jake is also the founder of Rand Property Management, the first property management company with a focus on “modern affordability.” As creator of the multi-media, multifamily investing framework, Wheelbarrow Profits, Jake is a leading expert on investing in the multifamily space and currently owns over 1400 multifamily units.

Hadar Orkibi started his Real Estate Career as an agent in Israel before immigrating to New Zealand 2003, spending the first 3 years educating himself and trading Real Estate while working at the Vineyards & Orchards of Central Otago, NZ. With nearly 2 decades of full-time Real Estate experience, Hadar specializes in long-distance, out of the area and out of the country investing, and is an asset manager with MFIholding.com. Hadar’s portfolios include Multifamily apartments, and Commercial Real Estate in NZ and the United States, that allows him to exit the rat race with passive income and live lifestyle by design with his family. Over the years, Hadar implemented different strategies which include wholesaling, house flipping, subdivision, new construction, commercial real estate, joint ventures, and multifamily investing. Hadar enjoys helping both seasoned and beginner real estate investors reach their wealth, income, and portfolio goals through multifamily real estate. Marco Barbaro
Principal and Managing Partner of MIH Mastermind.
In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino. At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family, in New York. In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal. Since then, he has partnered with Rand Partners on over 1400 units and has witnessed and participated in the growth of the company. Marco exited the rat race on August 1, 2019, and joined the Jake & Gino team full time to help coach students and raise capital for Rand Partners.
Marco excels in networking, building teams and putting people in place to succeed. He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.
